Azdrubal was the son of Angeas. He fled with his father and was pursued by Zepho and the children of Chittim, who smote twenty of his men on the road. After Angeas king of Africa died, Azdrubal reigned in his stead. Latinus later assembled forces in ships and engaged in battle with Azdrubal and his army in Africa.
