Luz
Luz is a place on the mountains that is also called Bethel. Jacob came to Luz while traveling to Haran and later remained in Bethel in Luz with his sons, where he built an altar. It is described as the city of Luz near mount Moriah, and Bethel is identified as the same as Luz.
