Shiloh
Shiloh is a location ruled by King Ihuri, who was one of the neighboring kings summoned for aid. Ihuri king of Shiloh came up to assist Elon but was struck by an arrow from Jacob and killed. The sons of Jacob later treated other cities as they had done to Shiloh.
