Bathia
Bathia is the daughter of Pharaoh who went to bathe in the river owing to the heat and saw an ark upon the water. She sent her maid to fetch it. Moses was in Pharaoh's house and was unto Bathia as a son, growing up amongst the king's children. She sat at Pharaoh's left at a banquet with the lad Moses lying upon her bosom, and she considered him as a son while the household honored him.
