Mizraim
Mizraim was a son of Ham who parted from his father together with his brothers Cush, Put and Canaan. Ham divided land among his sons and the portion for Mizraim lay to the west of Cush. Together with Ham and Cush he warned another brother against settling in land that had not fallen to them by lot. The name also appears in the phrase Zoan Mizraim as the burial place of Egyptian kings.
