Zoar is a land containing a small city built by a man and named Bela after himself, known as the land of Zoar to this day. Bela ruled as king of Zoar and joined the kings of Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboyim in the valley of Siddim. Hosts from the land of Zoar appear alongside those of Egypt at a feast held by Pharaoh.
