Bela
Bela was a man from the house of Ashur who went from Ninevah and built a small city named Bela after himself, known as the land of Zoar. Bela was king of Zoar and joined the five kings of Sodom and Gomorrah and their allies in the valley of Siddim. Bela was also a son of Benjamin, listed among his sons including Becher, Ashbel, Gera and Naaman.
