Arioch was king of Sellasar, also called Elasar. He joined Chedorlaomer king of Elam, Amraphel king of Shinar, and Tergal king of nations. Together they slew the king of Gomorrah while the king of Sodom fled. Chedorlaomer later sent to him and made a covenant with him among the neighboring kings.
