Pethor
Pethor is a city upon the river in Mesopotamia, called Aram Naherayim unto this day. It was built and named after Pethor the son of Aram. The children of Esau sent to Pethor to fetch a young man named Saul to make him king. Messengers also brought Beor and Balaam his son from Pethor.
