Seir
Seir is a land and mountain region to which Esau departed after reconciling with Jacob, and where he dwelt with his flocks and wives. It is identified with the mountains of Seir in the land of Edom. The sons of Jacob later pursued the sons of Esau to the mountains of Seir and subdued them there.
